Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Benefits Each membership tier provides specific benefits, outlined as follows: Level One - $39.99/month: Includes one 50-minute therapy or coaching session per month. Level Two - $59.99/month: Includes one 50-minute therapy or coaching session and one pastoral counseling session per month. Level Three - $79.99/month: Includes two 50-minute therapy or coaching sessions and two pastoral counseling sessions per month. Level Four - $99.99/month: Includes three 50-minute therapy or coaching sessions, three pastoral counseling sessions per month, and access to all Social Roots series and events. 2. Membership Terms & Conditions Payment: Membership fees are due monthly and will be auto-billed on the same date each month from the initial sign-up date. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or any approved method on file. Cancellations and Refunds: Members may cancel their membership at any time; however, refunds will not be issued for the month of cancellation. Membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Renewal: Memberships renew automatically each month unless canceled. Members will receive a reminder prior to renewal. 3. Appointment Scheduling and Attendance Scheduling Sessions: Members are responsible for scheduling their sessions each month. Sessions are available by appointment only and can be scheduled by contacting Social Roots directly or through the online booking system. Unused Sessions: Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month. Members are encouraged to use their sessions within the billing cycle to fully benefit from their membership. Rescheduling and Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the session for that month. 4. Membership Upgrades and Downgrades Upgrades: Members can upgrade to a higher membership level at any time. The upgrade will take effect in the next billing cycle. Downgrades: Members can downgrade to a lower membership level if desired. The change will take effect in the next billing cycle. 5. Confidentiality and Privacy Social Roots is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all members. Personal information, session details, and any communication within Social Roots are handled with the highest discretion, according to applicable privacy laws and ethical standards.
